Naturals. Absolute naturals. Cameron and Mindy never seem to have those new parent moments of worry or anxiety. They’re completely calm. And so, so happy to be parents. Cameron is such an excited, joyful father. He even tweets about diaper brands. And Mindy is a natural mother. She’s serene and content with her baby boy. It’s so special to see them as parents. They enjoy each and every minute with their new family.

Holden is a perfect baby. He sleeps through the night, eats well, and has an extremely pleasant demeanor. It’s as if he knows how very much he’s loved. Or maybe it’s genetic. And how sweet is Roxy? There is no doubt that she’s an important part of the family (and she knows it, too!).

Cameron and Mindy are wonderful people and awesome photographers. Beautiful on the inside and out, we’re so thankful and blessed to call them friends.

Meet Baby Jenna. Isn’t she adorable? Her mama, Jessica, is in my book club. I love spending time with her. She’s so upbeat and bubbly and can talk about anything. AND she’s a huge Bachelor/Bachelorette fan (one of my guilty pleasures). She even throws a rockin’ finale party each season.

When we’re not talking about books, it’s music. Specifically bands. Jessica and her husband, Kevin, are huge Dave Matthews Band fans. It’s a major part of their relationship and played a very large role in how they met. You can read about it on Jessica’s blog here. So, I was processing these images and listening to Pandora like I usually do. When I clicked on the image of Jessica and Kevin holding Jenna, a Dave Matthews Band song played. Needless to say, I got a little teary-eyed. This little baby is so special to them. I love seeing a new family, a new beginning. And Jenna is beautiful—I mean, seriously, look at those lips!

Say hello to beautiful Ella, all but 8 days old. Ella’s parents are friends of ours and we were so excited to photograph her and her family. How precious to capture the tender, quiet moments. Her sweet tiny hands clutching Dada’s finger, ten perfect toes wriggling in contentment, big sister leaning in for a kiss. It really is the small things that can bring us so much joy.

Baby Ella was a rockstar model—Even when we stripped her of her clothing. In fact, she was so comfortable, she decided to let loose on Dada’s shirt. Hilarious. Dada was such a good sport. What a wonderful morning with little Ella Faith and family. She is a DARLING and Jonah and I had such a fun time!
